The Fayair staff takes pride in efficient service, delivered with unsurpassed quality and attention to detail. The customer vehicle access/exit gate offers direct access from landside to airside and vice versa in less than two minutes. For passengers or flight crew arriving by road and choosing to transfer through the main reception to their aircraft on foot, the walk through the facility will take less than one minute. For passengers who are required to complete the immigration process, an on-site immigration office is positioned within five meters of the customer vehicle access/exit gate.
Simple touches such as a covered drop-off area and a warm welcoming smile make all the difference. With refreshments and catering on hand, visitors will find the Fayair lounges exceed ordinary comfort. The main passenger lounge comfortably seats up to 40 people and includes complimentary refreshments, Wi-Fi and satellite television. Additional lounges are available if privacy is required. Children have also been catered for with a special child-friendly lounge and amenities. Also, Fayair offers a crew lounge with Wi-Fi and refreshments and private drivers’ lounge with interactive traffic systems. Should the crew need an overnight stay, three luxury en-suite bedrooms are available. There is even a small gymnasium with changing and shower facilities, and a number of meeting or briefing rooms are available.
Aircraft up to and including a BBJ3 can taxi directly on to Fayair’s private parking apron on arrival. The private ramp area has the capability to park up to a B767 aircraft, negating the need to park on Airport Authority stands. Access from this ramp to the on-site immigration office is just 10 meters by foot. The state-of-the-art hangar has ample space, with the capability to park up to and including a B757.
To provide the highest standard of ground handling and passenger services, Fayair has a large pool of brand new equipment, including passenger steps, pushback tugs (including a towbarless Lektro), conveyor belts, a commander loader, toilet and water servicing equipment, GPUs, passenger vehicles and snow clearing equipment. This gives Fayair the capability of handling a wide range of aircraft, from executive aircraft up to B747s. Each item has been carefully selected to ensure that they can handle any aircraft with superior reliability and efficiency.
Fayair is dedicated to providing its clientele with a seamless, elegant travel experience.
