Riverhawk Aviation (HKY) has acquired Profile Aviation and Carolina Air Charter.Avfuel-branded dealer Riverhawk Aviation continues its expansion of fixed-base operation (FBO) offerings with the acquisitions of Profile Aviation and Carolina Air Charter. To support the expanded operations, Riverhawk Aviation has hired new employees and provided advanced training to the existing company-personnel. Riverhawk Aviation focuses on maximizing convenience, service and safety to all its customers, including business travelers, sports professionals, corporate banking institutions and universities.

Based in Hickory, N.C., this FBO offers customers a wide range of services and amenities, including on-demand flight service, aircraft management and fractional ownership services, aircraft maintenance, hangar space and fueling. With delay-free arrivals and departures almost guaranteed, customers prefer the general aviation airport over more congested commercial options.

Founded in 1996, Riverhawk Aviation has historically offered aircraft financing as well as acquisition and sales services. With the new acquisitions, Riverhawk also now offers charter services. The Riverhawk brand helps customers feel at home with personalized customer service, a comfortable lounge, snooze rooms, showers, conference rooms and snack areas.
