Crownair Aviation Takes Business Back to Basics
/Crownair Aviation, an aviation fuel sales, maintenance and avionics service company, announces its renewed commitment to customers and change in day‐to‐day operations.
Established in 1951, Crownair is rebuilding its reputation for world-class service and customer satisfaction. With the landscape of business changing, challenging companies to produce more with less, Crownair is dedicated to its customers through a well‐defined philosophy that integrates enormous industry knowledge and solution development skills with customer intimacy and a growing enthusiasm to succeed on behalf of the customer, at every level.
“There have been some noticeable changes at Crownair Aviation the past six months. We have faced numerous challenges, but are confident we are starting our rise above them and the temporary economic downturn,” said Ray Richmond, the newly appointed general manager of Crownair Aviation. “Our renewed focus will be one of ‘back to basics,’ targeting fundamentals as the key to re‐establishing Crownair Aviation as a world‐class service organization.”
Crownair’s commitment extends further than just exemplary service; the company has professionally trained technicians with more than 20 years of experience and offers discounted rates when both maintenance and avionics needs are combined. Combining services lowers costs, increases safety and limits downtime.
In 2008, Crownair Aviation earned FAA Class III and IV maintenance ratings and is proud to announce it has successfully acquired Class I, II and III avionics ratings.
Crownair Aviation is also an authorized dealer and service center for many popular airframe and part manufacturers. Not only has Crownair been a long-time Mooney and Cirrus Authorized Service Center, but also has recently became an authorized service center for Raisbeck Engineering and Blackhawk Modifications, Inc. Crownair Aviation strives to supply aviation products and services tailored to meet the specific and ever-changing needs facing its customers.
This year marks the 58th year of operation for Crownair Aviation. As of August 2009, Ray Richmond, under the direction of Crownair’s new executive board, will oversee the day‐to‐day operations of the company. Together they are committed to supporting the community and making Crownair Aviation a top competitor in the aviation service industry.
