Fargo Jet Center (FJC) announced that long-time team member Jeremy Sobolik has been named Line Service Manager. The Line Service Department conducts all aircraft fueling for private aircraft and commercial airlines at Hector International Airport. Among many other aircraft services offered, the team also serves as ambassadors to Fargo in the courteous handling of all passengers and pilots at the 24-hour Fargo Jet Center operation.
Sobolik joined FJC in 1999 as a Line Service Technician and has served for the past five years as a supervisor within the department. Sobolik has played a key role in development and oversight of FJC’s internal training program, which has groomed the team into one of the leading line service departments in North America.
“Jeremy’s vision toward customer service, hard work ethic and dedication to FJC has proven him an asset to this company and we look forward to even bigger things with him in this leadership position,” said FJC President Jim Sweeney.
Sobolik has completed the National Air Transportation Association (NATA) Advanced Line Service Supervisor Training program and is FJC’s system administrator for NATA’s Safety 1st program. Sobolik is also FJC’s designated trainer for many of the airlines and Department of Defense fuel, deicing, ground service and fire safety requirements.
“Jeremy understands the importance of safety in our industry” Sweeney said. “We are very fortunate to have him as part of our leadership team.”
