Wisconson Rapids & Higginsville Muni Airports, Served by Hiller Group, Sign with Phillips 66®

Two municipal airports served by fuel marketer The Hiller Group have joined the Phillips 66® Aviation-branded dealer network: Alexander Field South Wood County Airport in Wisconsin Rapids (KISW), Wis., and the Higginsville Municipal Airport (KHIG) in Higginsville, Mo.

In operation since 1927, Alexander Field South Wood County Airport (KISW) is a municipally owned airport in Wisconsin Rapids, part of a micropolitan area that is home to more than 48,000 people in the middle of Wisconsin. The airport is municipally owned and operated by the Town of Grand Rapids, Village of Port Edwards, City of Nekoosa, and City of Wisconsin Rapids. 

Alexander Field can accommodate most planes coming into the region with its longest runway of 5,500 feet. The airport offers 24-hour fuel service. For more information, call 715-421-2359.

Fifty-two miles east of Kansas City, the Higginsville Municipal Airport (KHIG) serves the 114-year-old Higginsville community, one with strong roots in farming. The airport’s access off I-70 offers cost-effective access to major markets such as St. Louis and Kansas City.
