Flight Consulting Group Ltd. (FCG) to Complete Construction

In spring 2015, the holding company FCG (Flight Consulting Group) Ltd. plans to complete construction of the new business aviation complex for its subsidiary company FBO RIGA in the Riga International Airport.

The launch of the new complex in the heart of the Baltic States has a special meaning and strength in the light of Latvia’s EU presidency in 2015. Along with regular business flights to Riga it is expected that the number of aircraft flights with official and business delegations and accompanying representatives will increase significantly.

The new business aviation complex comprises a modern GAT with the area of 1,200 square meters, heated hangar with the area of 7,000 square meters and capacity either of nine Bombardier Global or Gulfstream-550 class aircrafts or five BBJ or ACJ aircrafts simultaneously, as well as workshops and storages with the total area of 1,400 square meters.

The benefits of the complex’s infrastructure are particularly worth noting. From the city side, there will be special identified access area adjoining complex, thus it guarantees maximum security and privacy to our clients. Aircraft parking is allocated in front of the terminal. Therefore, passengers will be able to get from the terminal to the aircraft by making just 10 steps. For the first time at Riga’s FBO, the transit zone will be set up for ease serving of transit flights. Crew area consists of modern crew lounge, briefing zone, as well as 3 room mini hotel and utility rooms.

“We have considered our customer’s utmost demands, our vast experience in developing similar projects and the changing market trends to the fullest. And we are confident that our partners and customers will appreciate the operation of our new complex,” confirms Roman Starkov, co-owner of the FCG (Flight Consulting Group) holding.

The forthcoming opening of the complex has drawn a great attention and interest during the 9th International business aviation exhibition JETEXPO  2014  in  Vnukovo-3,  Moscow.  Meetings with the holding’s existing customers and prospects were a success.

“We  look  forward  to  opening  of  FBO  RIGA,  moreover  that  the  combination  of  such  long-lasting  factors  as advantageous geographical position, well-thought logistics, reasonable pricing policy and customized solutions for each client offered to our clients by the FBO RIGA company over the past five years provide us with a great opportunity to re-appear in a  new light and modern shape,” acknowledges Leonid Gorodnitski, co-owner of the FCG (Flight Consulting Group) holding.
