Atlantic Breaks Records at Derby

Atlantic Aviation in Louisville KY, (SDF) was host to hundreds of aircraft for the running of the 142nd Kentucky Derby. 

Atlantic, the only FBO at SDF, handled 624 aircraft throughout the 4 day event, a record by far. At Post time, 340 aircraft were on the ground at SDF. Taxi ways and freight ramps were utilized to facilitate the parking of aircraft, which included many bigger aircraft than in years past. 

Crews enjoyed dining and watching the races in Hospitality tents at Atlantic.

According to the many positive comments received, the event was a huge success for Passengers, and Flight Departments.
