Lane Aviation Receives “84 Years in Safe Flying” Award by NBAA

Lane Aviation (KCMH), the second oldest family-owned FBO in the United States, recently received the “84 Years in Safe Flying” award from the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA). To celebrate 84 years of business, Lane Aviation hosted onsite festivities for tenants, customers and employees.

Lane Aviation is also a corporate partner to the National Veterans Memorial and Museum (NVMM) that opened in downtown Columbus in the fall of 2018. Lane’s sponsorship of the NVMM was a natural fit due to its long tenure as the United States government fuel provider at KCMH. As a corporate partner to NVMM, Lane offers complimentary museum to its customers. The board currently has 29 patches representing various military units that have visited Lane and is growing by the month.

Lane Aviation is a member of the Air Elite Network which was established in 2011 and has grown steadily from 12 founding members to 74 locations worldwide. Air Elite members must meet several airport, facility, and service quality standards to qualify for and maintain membership.
