Piaggio Aerospace Extends EOI Deadline

Piaggio Aero Industries Spa and Piaggio Aviation Spa have extended the submission deadline for expressions of interest (EOIs) related to the purchase of the business complexes managed by the two companies, to May 24, 2020, 6 p.m. CEST.

Piaggio Aero Industries and Piaggio Aviation operate under the Piaggio Aerospace brand. The group - which also controls the subsidiary Piaggio America in the United States - operates in the Aviation and Engine sectors. The Aircraft business unit focuses on the design, construction and maintenance of civil and military aircraft, along with customer service activities. The Engine business unit revolves around the construction and maintenance of aero-engines.
