Phillips 66 Aviation is “Cleared for Geaux” at 2025 Schedulers & Dispatchers in New Orleans

Phillips 66 Aviation, one of the largest refiners in the United States and a major jet and avgas fuel supplier to general aviation, commercial and military aviation, is excited to continue its long-standing presence at the 2025 NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference March 25–27 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Attendees can experience the dynamic energy of New Orleans, where historic charm meets a lively festival atmosphere, all while discovering how Phillips 66 Aviation’s deep history and expertise continue to support flight departments with reliable fuel solutions and industry-leading service.

Visitors will have the opportunity to parade through the row, collecting exclusive Cajun-inspired recipe cards from each Phillips 66 branded FBO for a chance to win exciting daily prizes, such as Kendra Scott jewelry. Each participant will be automatically entered into the daily drawings and will receive additional giveaways, including a branded t-shirt and lunch kit. The excitement builds to Thursday, March 27, at 2:00 p.m., when one lucky attendee will be announced as the grand prize winner and receive a brand-new Yves Saint Laurent handbag. During the Grand Prize Happy Hour on Thursday, March 27 at 2:30 p.m., Phillips 66 Aviation will also be giving away complimentary registration to NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference in 2026.

On Wednesday, March 26, at 2 p.m. at booth #300, Phillips 66® Aviation will recognize the recipients of its inaugural Safe Sky Award, which honors Phillips 66® branded FBOs that have set new standards in aviation fuel safety performance, innovation and leadership. At the event, the Phillips 66® Aviation team, will speak about the honorees and present them a distinguished recognition plaque, symbolizing their dedication to aviation fuel safety—an honor they can proudly display at their FBO. A photo opportunity will follow the award ceremony, allowing the honorees to commemorate this momentous achievement.
