A new procedure at Orlando Executive Airport (ORL) in Florida – host facility for the Static Display of Aircraft at the National Business Aviation Association's (NBAA's) upcoming 65th Annual Meeting & Convention (NBAA2012) – will allow more efficient operations year-round at ORL by enabling controllers to position aircraft on the runway prior to takeoff clearance.
