Sheltair, an FBO at Long Island MacArthur Airport, Islip, New York, welcomed a four engine turboprop P3 Orion, a Gulfstream IV, and a massive USAF Reserve WC-130J hurricane hunter aircraft on Monday, May 8 at 9:00 a.m. as the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) continues its hurricane awareness tour to parts of the nation vulnerable to severe weather systems.
